Art. Paint. Journal. Play... It's in the Eyes...

Hello there!

Before we get to this week's art journal spread, I just want to show you a video I had on the Cocoa Daisy Blog the other day...
Take a look...
Okie dokie! Now, on to this week's spread...

For this one, I am painting and doodling a spread that I had previously drawn, while playing with some new supplies...

Most notably some oil pastels, gelatos, and Faber Castell Crayons (supply list below)...

Have a look!

I have to say, I love all these new goodies and am having tons of fun incorporating a variety of supplies and mediums! Something worth mentioning... the Faber Castell Crayons are NOT water soluble. This is actually really cool once you realize it and can create some lovely effects!

Various supplies, both used, and loved: (affiliate links)
(please note... these are my most used supplies. They may or may not have been put to use on this exact page)

  1. Your artwork is so lovely. The eyes, the flower, the houses, the earrings, I loved the earrings, all of it, really stunning. I've learned from you a great love for white paint. In the first video, is that a hand made stencil? The pie charts? Anyway, so inspiring. Your use of color is amazing. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work. Michelle t
