Teaming Up for a Girlie Page...

Hello, hello! Did you know that March is national Craft Month? Pretty cool, huh?

And in honor of this, my friend, May Flaum, invited me to "team up" with her on YouTube today....

As we each scrap a "girlie" page...

Super fun!
It's always an adventure!

Thanks for stopping by, and be sure to visit May over at CraftWithMay.com or over on her blog!

Have a great weekend!

  3. There is no need to apologize for the "process" because it is very helpful to watch. Helpful to see that beautiful layouts don't just always happen, that there is a trial period. I like knowing that you were really hoping for that "aha" moment since you were using paper that you loved and you didn't want to go with "good enough." It's also helpful to see you cut up paper with abandon...a good reminder that even if you love it, it's just paper and there is always a way to use it, even cut up. Thanks, Ashli!

  4. I love all of this-the page,techniques-and mostly the message. Every girl needs to believe this. Fantastic job!

  5. Love your page. I agree with what you said about pink. Pink is one of my favorite colors, but I've noticed when I use too much pink that I'm not happy with the finished product. In the last six months I've done that a couple times. It ends up being just "too sweet." Glad to hear someone else saying what I've had to learn the hard way. Always love your pages and your videos.
