Sweet Little Memories

Pads of small paper in 6x6 size have become all the rage in the crafting industry, and for those who make cards and other small projects it is a true blessing! Now there are small paper pads of cardstock, patterns, and just about any design you could choose. Whether you choose to use a small piece of a larger paper, or dig into your 6x6 paper pad stash, this week your challenge from Simon Says Stamp and Show is to put some little papers to work!

If I truly love a collection, I always make sure to pick up the 6x6 paper pack. Alison Kreft's Composition and Color is no exception! Here I have one 12x12 sheet of that, a vintage photos, and lots of the little 6x6 papers...
But before we get any further, a little stenciling...
And watercolor...
Now for the layering! The best thing about these 6x6 papers are how well they work within the 12x12 format. You all know I am not a math buff, but even I can figure that one out!
The other great thing about 6x6 pads? The shrunken down patterns... especially the journaling cards. They are just the cutest in this small size!
Here are all of my little bits...
And there they are all layered up!
Something about those little papers just makes a layout come together super fast!
Here we are... already at title time!
The first part is spelled out using the above stickers and now the second part will get stamped on. I LOVE these stamps. I don't know how I ever went without them!
Title done! Now for the final little touches, one of which is a fun little paper straw. I use those much like I would a border sticker. They are just a little more dimensional and super fun too!
And there we have it!
A layout full of sweet little papers...
For my sweet little memories of my grandmother :)

Alrighty! Now it's your turn to play. Time to grab some little papers, get crafty, and link-up with us!
